At FIT & CO., we prioritize your satisfaction as much as we value comfort and performance. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. Our return process is simple, clear, and designed with you in mind.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed: Your socks or props should be in their original, like-new condition.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation helps us process your return quickly.
How to Initiate a Return?
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at hello@shopfitandco.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Ship it Back: We’ll send you detailed instructions on where to send your item(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Get Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Worn, used, or damaged items (unless a defect is present)
Damaged or Defective Items
Oops, we’re only human. If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, often at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll get an email confirmation. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. If you'd prefer store credit or an exchange, just let us know, and we'll make it happen!
Exchanges
If you’d like to swap your item for a different size, color, or style, follow the same process as a return. Once we’ve received your original item, we’ll ship out your new one.
